• Impression of 100 catalogues - 287€
• Impression of 150 posters A3 + 200 invitation cards - 240€
• Pasabocas (snack) per 100 people - 252€
• Drinks cocktail - Vernissage - 120€
• Rent a Car(furgón ) per day - 54€
• Assembly work (hiring un employee) - 150€per day
• Dismantling paintings (hiring un employee)- 150€
• Rent a car (furgón) - 54€ per day
• Lunch per day, 1 person who stays every day- 7.50€per day (total depens of the number of days of the exhibition)
• Hiring a hostess Two days per week - 60€per day - Total : 120€

TOTAL = > 1427€

TRANSPORT : Using the bus or the train (taking my car is more expensive: oil gas, parking, etc) The Association pays that expense .

Train Menton – Monaco : 6€ one way (7” to get Monaco) 12€round trip
Bus Menton – Monaco : 1€ one way (it takes between 30 and 45 minutes to arrive to the Gildo Pastor Gallery)
Train Menton – Cannes (only possibility) : 18.20,€ - round trip
Train Menton – Paris : 220€ round trip (if I need to do promotion in Paris)

STORAGE : COLOMBIArtística pays every month 120€ for warehousing works.

CLARIFICATION :
- We are a nonprofit association. (Loi 1901 in France)
- COLOMBIArtística is not a Gallery, we organize cultural events in the Côte d’Azur
- As a president of COLOMBIArtística, I am not allowed to have a salary or to be paid by the association, according to the French law under risk to be in jail (Loi 1901). The vice president can not be paid.
- So I will do all promotion services for free (total altruism) it is my decision.
- I will stay during the Art exhibition 5 days per week during the agreed time.
- “Organizing committee” decides the artists to represent or the artist to participate during an exhibition.
- COLOMBIArtística assume the cost of Warehousing paintings. The paintings belong to the artists represented by COLOMBIArtística.
- We do not store work of an artist who participate during only one Art exhibition. We do not rotate work from artist who are not represented by COLOMBIArtística

For all those reasons and descriptions, we migth charge a registration value each time that we organize an event. We can not assume all expenses every time.

CLARIFICACION :
- Somos una Asociacion sin ànimo de profit (Act 1901)
- COLOMBIArtística is not a gallery, organize cultural events in the French Riviera.
- COLOMBIArtística As president, I am not authorized to receive salary or payment by the association, according to French law (Law 1901) at risk of going to càrcel.Igual for Vice President.
- Promote and offer my services in each event for free (total altruism) because I decided so as mission.
- During each event, stay in room 5 days a week, and only two I replace a person.
- COLOMBIArtística assumes the monthly cost of a warehouse to stock the works of artists represented.
- COLOMBIArtística not propose to artists warehousing only involved during an event. After the exhibition the works must be forwarded.
- COLOMBIArtística has not committed so far and does not propose, rotate the works of artists participating in one event and are not represented by COLOMBIArtística. For each event you sign a contract by mutual agreement.

For the reasons set forth below, we charge for each event
an inscription as we can not assume all those costs every time we organized an exhibition.
