HISTORY ASSOCIATION
In 1995 Virginia Hernandez materialized his project: The opening of an art gallery, "Luna Rosa" at the heart of historic and cultural Cali, Colombia. His goal, providing an opportunity for expression, exhibition of artists with radically different the world, allow the emergence of a contemporary art movement in Cali Classic. Among its successes and satisfactions, Virginia has won the confidence of artists in his city, today they are still faithful to "Luna Rosa".

When the artist arrived in Paris (France) in 2002, Virginia took the name of artist "Luna Rosa" in reference to the name by which people knew of Cali. It pursues its mission of promoting its work and by changing his style. She exhibits in New York, Portland, Miami, and Monaco Belgium and its international projection materializes. In 2004 she took up residence on the Riviera, she perseveres in his art while attempting to change the image of Colombia through the Arts and discover our old Europe, new talent from Latin America.
In 2008, his artistic development activity progresses, the creation of the Association COLOMBIArtistica imposed on it as an indispensable tool. Founded in July 2009 the association has already successes, its results, its expertise in creative activation, selection of artists gives it credibility now recognized. The association is shining today in Monaco and around the Principality, the historic crossroads of cultural confrontation World without equal in Europe.

In 1995, a project materializes Virginia Hernandez: promote young talent through the Art Gallery "Luna Rosa" in Cali historic district and cultural center preference. Many households in Colombia are suffering from the ravages of nature by not having suitable housing with solid roofs to prevent leaks. As they do not have the financial means to fix, psychologically affect their homes and suffer the frustration of not being able to provide their families with decent housing. Similarly, many schools are suffering from this situation and their teachers struggle to find sponsors and offer their students good study conditions.
A Roof is a law ... when you have adequate shelter, people say a quiet, estabillidad can give their families and especially their children.
This project was initiated by the father of the President when she was a child, as he helped all employees by arranging the tiles or partners for housing and in tribute to him, the work continued with great effort.
First goal: fix the roof of the classroom to the guaca Foundation in Cali, where they visited the premises in July 2009 with an architect to assess the damage and the cost of the arrangements. The classrooms were flooded by leaks and monaron all these books foundation to help young people away from violence through culture.
